Fire brigade and police blocking north lane Main Road Lower Plenty

The police and fire bridge have blocked the north lane of Main Road Lower Plenty from the drive through bottle shop to the vacant land which was previously the petrol station.

Not sure why, but the fence around the vacant land has fallen over, possibly due to the wind.
